Q1 ) WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING PRICES ?
A : WE TRY TO KEEP OUR SHIPPING PRICES AROUND THE ACTUAL COST FOR FED-EX AND USPS. ON SOME ITEMS THAT ARE OVER SIZED THERE MAY BE A EXTRA CHARGE ON SHIPPING , WE WILL NOTE THAT ON THE ITEM.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,-- PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL CALCULATE A SHIPPING PRICE BASED OFF THE ORDER INFORMATION AND WHAT USPS IS CURRENTLY CHARGING. WE KEEP THE SHIPPING COST AT WHATEVER USPS CHARGES US.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Deepak Chopra , INC does ship internationally. All customs, duties and taxes incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally it is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of any destination that you ship to in regards to product, shipping and sales restrictions. Deepak Chopra , INC does not drop ship outside of the United States and Canada.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Your order will ship out within 24 hours and tracking will be posted and emailed to you overnight. Please note that on certain high volume days, i.e., Black Friday and Cyber Monday, etc., shipping may be slightly delayed.
Q. What about Sales Tax?
A. Deepak Chopra,INC only sells to qualified dealers and does not charge sales tax on re-sale orders.
Q. How do I track my order ?
A. Once an order is shipped an email is automatically sent to the email address provided on your order. Orders can be tracked by clicking the appropriate link in the shipment email. If we don't have an email address on file or if you did not receive an email shipment notification please check your order history for shipment information. Please Feel Free To Call Also If You Have Any Questions About Tracking Your Order.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive ?
A. Delivery to anywhere in the continental USA should take 5 business days or less (excluding Sunday). Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take an extra couple of days.
Q. When will my credit card be charged ?
A. Once your order has been submitted, your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your order.
Q. I received the wrong item ?
A. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please have your order number available if possible.
