DEEPAK CHOPRA , Inc. : SHIPPING POLICY AND RETURN POLICIES
Note: Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary. If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping).
Most orders are shipped without a signature required. If you have a specific preference (i.e. "I want a signature required" or "I don't want a signature required") please let us know in the comment box at checkout.
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order).
We offer both Fed Ex and USPS options at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary.
All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.
Orders will generally ship out within one business day on in –stock items.
Expedited orders may ship out the same day as ordered depending on when the order is received.
Deepak Chopra , Inc. ships by FED-EX or USPS for domestic orders, and USPS and UPS for international orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard FED-EX ground or USPS. Please note that certain product that is classified ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Deepak Chopra , Inc. will add Freight Charges to the Consumer's Invoice for all the Orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
Deepak Chopra , Inc. will insure parcels at the Published Carrier Insurance Rate and Bill the Customer unless otherwise Instructed by the Customer in writing. Should the Customer choose to Self-Insure, Deepak Chopra , Inc. has no Liability for Lost or Damaged Parcels, once the Parcel leaves the Warehouse.
1. Certain Products and Brands distribted by Deepak Chopra, Inc. are not available for Export. Check with your Sales Representative for details.
2. Deepak Chopra, Inc. is not responsible for estimating, or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes and or Brokerage Costs. Also Deepak Chopra,Inc. is not responsible for any Product(S) held or Seized by Customs or Government Agents; It Is the Importer’s Responsibility to know and abide by all Laws, Codes and Restrictions on products ordered through Deepak Chopra , Inc.
The following information is a guideline for international shipping. Please note that until further notice, all international customers will still need to CONTACT US directly to inquire about placing an order (Except Canada customers).

Shipping costs depend on carrier, weight and size of package, and other factors. We will calculate your shipping charges and send you a quote before processing your order.
We are excited to ship internationally, however we cannot ship to all countries yet. If your country is listed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to you at this time.

Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this.
Per Deepak Chopra, Inc. Manufactures, Deepak Chopra, Inc. As a WHOLESALE Distributor cannot deal with the end Customer. All returns must be sent back to the Drop Shipper/ Dealer for inspection to assess if the item is Viable to Return to Deepak Chopra, Inc.
Deepak Chopra, Inc. Customers MUST obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Deepak Chopra, Inc.. Certain manufactures insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
To be eligible for Return the item(s) must meet the following criteria;
1. Deepak Chopra ,Inc. must be notified of the intent to Return the item(s) within 15 Days of our Shipping date.
2. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened and with no Retail Markings or Stickers.
3. The Drop Shipper/ Dealer must obtain a RETURN Authorization # prior to returning the item(s).
A. Deepak Chopra ,Inc. will not accept any Returned Merchandise without a valid RA#.
B. To obtain an RA #, Call 925-556-5500, or Email us at –firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer rervice representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the Return Parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
C. RA # are valid for 15 days and the Return must be received by Deepak Chopra, Inc. at the below address in that time frame for Credit.
