The HYP-MPU was initially designed for the Special Operations and SWAT communities that needed a knife small enough to strap onto the forearm or tucked in a boot. A skeletonized handle has attachment holes which offer a lighter/slimmer knife. This utility blade makes for a great neck, dive and multi-purpose knife. Joggers like it because it will not leave rust marks from respiration when carried around the neck. The knife is offered in a titanium construction and in 440C stainless steel.
