This is the S&W Homeland Security Urban Titanium Camo fine edge linerlock knife. It measures 7 3/4" (197mm) open, 4 1/2" (114mm) closed. The titanium powder coated urban camo finished 3 3/8" (86mm) drop point standard edge 440C stainless steel blade has thumb studs on both sides and is hammer forged. The handles are black aluminum with a checkered black rubber insert and a pocket clip.
The blade has two lugs for easy opening options--the index finger lug can be used to throw the blade open with a flick of the wrist or the other can be caught on the edge of your pocket to deploy it while removing.
